What's included?

Reiki is a high-vibrational, universal energy healing that supports stress relief, reduces anxiety and allows feelings of tranquillity. This allows peace and calm to wash over the body, soul and mind. Reiki supports sleep and regulates the nervous system by transmuting blockages in your energy field and increasing your vibration. Distance Reiki allows you to receive the same benefits without me being physically present. During the session, I channel the universal energy through the quantum field, where there is no space and time, allowing you to receive this powerful healing and intense energy from afar. I still use crystals and oils and will confer with you after the session is complete. The session starts with a brief conversation about what to expect and to set our intentions for the session. Then I will ask you to lie down in a comfortable, quiet space where you will not be disturbed, and I will commence the session with some music and ambience to gently ease you into a relaxed state. During this time, if online, you can choose to keep the camera on or off, however you feel comfortable. I will close the session with crystal bowl sound healing to further the healing and resonance through clear quartz crystal chakra bowls. You may feel warm/cold sensations/tingles, emotions, deep sleep and/or a release of emotions/energies or insights. Once the channelling of energy is complete, we will finish with a grounding exercise and discuss any feelings or emotions that may have developed during your session.
